Scalp Problem

My scalp is flakey, itchy and dry also the ends of my hair are dry. Anyone use Josie Maran Argan Oil for hair (saw it on Sephora) with good results or what do you recommend? I need something that would be good for very fine thin straight hair that wouldn't weigh it down.
