Samples from Sephora

When I place an order with Sephora, I LOVE getting the samples. I carefully choose the ones I am really interested in, BUT it never fails..... they are always out of the ones I wanted to try. Then they put in substitute samples that I really don't like. I know this is going to happen sometimes, but it has continually happened to me. They shouldn't even ask me to choose my samples b/c I'm not going to get them anyway!{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
