Damaged packages?

I just received my first order of philosophy from QVC (I usually just buy it from the store since I live in AZ or online). However, I wanted the Homebaked Holiday shower gel set since I've never seen the Cookies & Cream flavor anywhere else before.

My first order was damaged before it even got to me. It got to Phoenix and then went back to QVC without a delivery attempt, I guess the bottles had opened. QVC was very nice about it, immediately sent me another set, which I got yesterday. I opened it and the lid to the Brown Butter Cookies was cracked, not unusable, still damaged! I'm a little concerned here. Last week I ordered the Tempting Trio to get Red Velvet and try the Belgian Waffle everyone has been raving about. I hope it gets to me in one piece! This isn't the norm is it? {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
