My card was up for renewal... Could not get to the store.... I ordered on-line..

Arrived today... Was shocked seeing just paper stick on's not the usual green plastic ones..

Have any of you gotten it?

Tells you just to stick on to your expired card.

Am calling tomorrow to inquire..

I've had a sticker renewal date for my Sally's card for a few years.

I'm not sure why you're calling. I don't have a Sally's card, but I've been receiving stickers to put on cards for years, so it's not at all unusual or anything to be concerned/upset about.

You only get a new card if you lose yours and request a new one. Otherwise, they send a sticker to put on your old card.

Have renewed my card for several years now.. First time doing it on-line...

So that is reason I called.. Yes was told that is how they are going to do it.......

As mentioned I usually do my renewal at a store.. However the newest one is 40 miles from my home...

I just go down a couple of times a year...

That's how they do mine when I go into the store - have done for years. I agree with BellaCarro, it's a good way to eliminate waste.

If you need a new card because you've lost one, call and ask for a replacement.

I've always had new stickers to place on my card. However, when I was in the store on Monday, I heard the salesperson say that they have new cards that can be scanned instead of swiped.
