SUGAR CANE Hand Cream?

I just won a tube of this on eBay for $2.50. I've never heard of it but thought it was worth a try for that low amount of money. Anybody know about it? Is it something that's been around forever and is probably old and out of date??? {#emotions_dlg.unsure}
