STO product seals

Anyone have a problem with the way they seal their stuff? I just received 2 jars of the african soap in powder form and on one of the jars the seal wasn't completely on and the jar cap was dented. And a few weeks ago I received 2 toners which both seals were sunk in the bottles and one of the bottles was only half full (but nothing in the package was wet, so I don't know where the liquid went). Could this be just a freak thing or is there no quality control in this company? I'm thinking twice about ordering anything else from them which is a shame because I like their stuff.
