STO order

Ladies,

I've read the posts and yesterday got my monthly banking bill and STO took my money for my order on Feb. 7th! But I have yet to even hear if it has shipped. Apparently, it hasn't. Today is the 18th! I'm sorry I think this is out of line no matter what their issues are. Has anyone else had this experience and yes I guess I will call them on Monday! I just think it is wrong to take my money out until order is shipped!
