STO exchanges

Hey ladies,

I just received my second order (which shipped super fast!) and was really excited to try the bourbon vanilla body butter. I really like vanilla, so I was expecting to love this, but I was wrong. Between the texture and the scent I feel like I'm spreading buttercream frosting on my skin. It makes my stomach hurt Smiley Sad I'm bummed, but it definitely has to go back. I think I'm going to exchange it for the pink guava pomegranate.

My question is, when you exchange an item do you get charged $6.95 again for them to ship it back to you? If I decided to exchange it for a different item that was more expensive would they just charge my credit card that was use on the original purchase?
