STO Question

Has anyone had trouble if you ordered the Rooibos Vitamin E Repairative Face Cream and the pump does not work? I had thought maybe it had frozen during shipping - but it has had plenty of time to thaw and work. Anyways, mine is not working. Looks like I will be using a Q-tip to scrape it out! LOL
