As many of us know, you have to really work the pumps on many of the thicker STO lotions, to get the product out. There have been many discussions on this. I've placed 4 orders since the beginning of the year, and spent a considerable amount of money, and the pumps on several of my products are defective, or should I say, just not the right pump for the consistency of the product. I love the STO products and have made adjustments.

I sent my sister a birthday gift the beginning of March with 7 of the products that I enjoy. Two of the items have pumps that completely broke/cracked. My sister loves the products, and happened to mention the problem with the pumps last week, which is when I sent an email to STO asking them to replace the pumps, and explaining this was a GIFT. It's been over a week, and I've heard nothing, YET.... when I started putting a new order together several days ago (but decided against placing until I had a reply email about my sister's gift), but did not finish, they found the time to send me an email about the items left in my cart!

I love the products from STO, and understand their sudden growth spurt (how fortunate for them especially in these times), but CS is key. Normally I would expect a reply in 24-48 hours, and gave them a little slack reading the posts about Ray and how busy they are... I think 8 days and still no reply is unreasonable. If you are going to offer email as a means of communication, then you need to find a way to correspond by email within a reasonable amount of time. I just sent a follow up email today and will see what happens.

Sorry for venting... just a little frustrated. Enjoy your products.
