STO Ladies, Rose Regenerist Face Cream vs. Rioboos Cream = Difference?

I am 62 & have very dry skin and enough wrinkles, with sun damage. I can't find the Rose Regenerist Cream on the STO site but is still avail. at a few places per Google. Wondering if this Rose Cream likely an old expiring product? Has anyone used the Rose Regenerist Face Cream and do you think it was replaced by the Rioboose cream? I so appreciate your opinions. TIA
