SKINN products...Help!

Received my order of SKINN products - Stem Regen Serum, Collagenesis 24 Hr. Cream & 3 other items. I was so excited bec. the reviews were quite good.

Here's my problem - They seem to just sit on top of my face, feeling sticky. What am I doing wrong?! I follow the directions & think that it all just seeps onto my pillow!

HELP!
