I'm so sorry to hear that you and others here are experiencing such a delay. Its got to be so very frustrating hearing others have already received their orders. 

I wonder if your cc charge is just a temporary hold that will drop off when your order actually ships and will then be billed for the actual transaction. I've experienced this with my cc.

My Skinn + other items arrived yesterday and one invoiced item was missing.  CS was super and sent out a replacement as we spoke.

I hope you receive notice of shipping very soon my friend. 🤞🤗💓

@rochelleS  - Don't think the charges are temporary as they have gone all the way through.  I'll wait and see if they are deliverd on Monday or Tuesday.  If not, I'll call CS and see what they say.  Don't think a company is supposed to charge your cc until items ship so if HSN did that and they haven't shipped, then that is a problem.

I received a refund when they canceled my order, status was packaging. I think they do charge your CC even before shipping, hence the refund. I hope you receive your packages soon @JudyL

@FLGators  - Thanks for letting me know that re the cc charge.  I'm hoping I get the items soon as I really want them and they are on AS.

They do claim they don't charge your card until the item ships, but really the only time I ever hear that is with items that will be shipping at a later date, like some food items where you can choose the ship date.

@Icegoddess  - Thats true about the charging.  Hadn't thought of that.  Time will tell.  Keeping fingers crossed.
