I have been wearing Charlotte Tilbery and I love her lipsticks but I tried today by Stila PERLA and it is fabulous darlings...............it is a perfect staple and I can describe it as a rose pink tiny pink more rose and some sandy nude color combined but I just had to let you know it is one of the most beautiful colours I have purchased in a long time.  It is a liquid with brush but it dries a bit matte in a way as some would say a little sticky but not uncomfortable and always always use a gloss and then its perfect.  So enjoy.  For all in the area of the storm, please get out and stay safe...............it is not worth loosing your life...............I so hope it stops and disolves before it hits anymore and we just can't take anoher hit................so sorry for those that live in Texas and have relatives there...........I am sorry and I just am still so sad for that state.

@ILoveFragrance,  Stila has a lot of nice products.  Their lipstick balm is very nice, their eye shadows are wonderful.  Thanks for the review on the liquid lipstick.
