I got so frustrated the other night on Sephora's site.  I've dealt with their customer service before which is a nightmare so I was not about to waste my time calling. Instead I went to HSN's site and ordered from them since they had free shipping on their Lancome products.  I've used their waterproof eyeliner in the past which I do like alot.  It's just more pricer than Sephora's but I'm desperate since Im completely out of eyeliner.  I also purchased It's bye bye bronzer which I've always wanted to try and it comes with a really nice brush.  And I was going to stop there, but there was this beauty box called Amy's beauty box or something like that.  It's very similiar to the beauty boxes QVC sells called TILI which includes samples, however, they had 2 full size products.  Ladies, this box is only 20 bucks with free shipping and it has all these great samples.  It actually included a full size of Beekman's pure wipes (yay) and a Kores shower gel.  There was a tan towel to try and sample size Too Faced Better Than S__ mascara and a few others.  Sephora's loss but my gain.
