1. NARS Reflecting Undereye Brightener - Shade: Night Swan: I've been using the Becca Undereye Brightener. This goes on drier and more matte. I can't speak to how it would cover dark circles since I don't have those, but I do like it for hollows like the area underneath where bags would be. The Becca product I really needed to set with a beauty blender or it would show through my foundation. I apply undereye brighteners underneath my foundation.
2. Tarte Mini Timeless Smoothing Primer: I did not use this as an all-over primer. I still use NYX The Marshallow primer for all over. I used this specifically in the areas where I have visible pores, along the sides of the nose and on my chin. I was using a NYX primer in a tube for that.
Once again, the tarte product goes on drier, without that silicone feel. I feel it does as well or maybe better at hiding pores than the NYX product, but I really like that it doesn't have that silicone feel, so it's a winner for me.

@Icegoddess Love Nars Night Swan and may have recommended it here. It does brighten and seems to apply smoothly. I do apply it after foundation to get the best brightening.
