I ordered 3 cream eyeshadows during her sale last week and when I received them all 3 were half full not at all like shown on the website or on other youtube channels when they show the product it is really full I was so disappointed. A return slip was included so I am returning the item. What I want to know if anyone has returned a product was it a hassle or no problem at all. Thanks

@cuddlesmama   If purchased on CT site, no experience w/ returns. If I purchase cosmetics, I try to use Nordstrom, ULTA or Sephora where I haven't had an issue returning items.

@cuddlesmama   What did they do give you half because it's on sale?  LOL  I don't think her products are all what they are cracked up to be.  I actually should say "some products" are not all that great.  I bought a foundation several months ago from Nordstrom Rack and I was not impressed. Never wore it and unfortunately it was not returnable because of the sale price.

@cuddlesmama I've never made a return to the CT site.  But if you go to the website, there is a returns tab at the bottom and it says they issue a full refund within 30 days.  And there is a form you can fill out to start the process and make it faster.
