Retinol ?

I know there has been lots of discussions on retinol and I have missed alot ot them.

My question is which one is by far the best to use on sensitive skin but will still get results? I have 2 small moles on my face and when I have tried to use ROC retinol it irritated them and made them swell and puff up.

I am 57 years old and have always had compliments on my skin and have been told I do not look my age. So I wonder if I should even use a retinol product or wait until later?
