Retinol Question

Can I mix a drop of Argon in with my Retinol cream an appply at the same time without affecting the strenght of the Retinol? I have heard about waiting 30 min after applying Retin A or Retinol but I usually wash my face and apply at bedtime and dont want to have wait 30 min to apply moisturizer. What do you think would AO weaken the Retinol? TIA, Sherrie
