I have used WEN for many years, and nothing else comes close to the results I get from WEN. However, the packaging/delivery system is a disgrace. Chaz Dean, not the end user, should figure out a way to dispense his product in an efficient way.

It took Heinz close to a century to make a bottle with the lid on the bottom, but they did.

I don't want to wait that long for Wen.

I guess this just isn't a big deal for me. With practically everything I buy (lotion, body wash, mustard, everything), when I get near the end of a bottle I put it back on the shelf and start a new bottle. Then, when there's space in the new bottle, I dump the stuff from the old bottle into the new bottle. This takes no time and there's no hassle and it's not a big deal for me at all.

Plus, I almost never use a new pump, but just keep transferring the same pump into the new bottles because I'm a crazy lady and I don't want to waste the Wen that's stuck to the pump!!!

What a good idea! Plus, trying to clean out the pump just so I can save it in case one breaks takes forever.

I also discovered that the flip top lids from my 8 oz. Philosophy body washes fit perfectly on a 16 oz. bottle of Wen---great for getting the last little bit out, and don't have to dilute it as much.

Once the pump stops working, I just put the original cap on and store the bottle upside down for awhile. Then I dump the cc in a plastic baggie. I snip off the corner and pipe the cc into a new bottle that I have used 1/4 of already. Voila, a full bottle. I always have several bottles in upside down mode. I use several different scents. I like variety. I always reorder when I have used the bottle halfway down. That way, I always have a bottle with a working pump.

I use lock n lock containers.

For my gallons, I use the large lock n lock containers. For 32 or 16 oz. bottles, I use lock n lock cups. I just flip the WEN upside down and let it pour out into the containers.

I can leave the containers on the side of my tubs. If I knock one over (always {#emotions_dlg.blush}), I know the containers won't open or break.

I am with you O/P...after paying this much for a shampoo the pump should work to the bottom. I am tired of dealing with the pump issues.

That's just the way it is with pumps. They are incapable of getting all the product out of any bottle. Just put the original cap back on and turn the bottle upside down and squeeze out the rest of the CC.

This ^^^. Or use a coupler to put in to another bottle with a pump.

A non-issue from a one-hit wonder {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

That's not fair. I use and love Wen but the pump problem gets on my nerves too. I, along with I'm sure many others, would love to see an innovative design fix for this issue.

Exactly, FinnyMinny. I have never thought much about it. I kind enjoy the ritual of finishing a bottle and being sure to transfer that last little bit into the new bottle. It's never bothered me.
