Replenishing Treatment Spray

I didn't catch what Chaz said about Replenishing Treatment spray on the dogs - which one to use.

We currently have Tea Tree and Pomegranate at the house and I want to try the spray on our dog. She is 13, blind and deaf. She is constantly itching!!!! I use products from HSN (shampoo and conditioner) and I also use Halo brand Pet Food in hopes to keep her as healthy as we possibly can. She has regular checkups and the vet says she has allergies - but I'm not clear - allergies to what??

We want to help her skin/coat but just not sure what route to go.
