I tried both the silver soap (which didn't do anything for me) and Cherries in the Glow (which I did like, but have since discovered that more nude/peachy shades look better on me). Not using either one now.

Here's one that's going to make you say "What"? When I was a teen we used to hear pee got rid of freckles!! Yepper! thank goodness I had no freckles, only zits as a teen!

LOL!!! I remember all this stuff....mama cream was a biggie but I never tried it. I've never heard of silver soap or Cherries in the Glow gloss - is that the gloss version of Cherries in the Snow lipstick? I have also used Crisco but have moved on to oils. There are so many things from the past. I'll never forget Yardley pot 'o gloss in the 70s. A girl always used it on the school bus and I wanted it SO badly but couldn't have it. It was so pretty - a little white pot with little purple flowers and little green leaves with the shiniest purple colored sheer gloss. I may have dreamt of it back then, I was obsessed with it. Mommy didn't let me have m/u and this was before I was old enough to work. By that time, I could never find it!! Oh - memories!!!
