Re: ? Regarding Glycolic Peel Pads

I use Serious Skincare's gylcolic pads a few times a week at night.  Been using for years.  Also use their peel every once in a while in addition to Skinn's ABC peel.  I really like SSC's gylcolic products.  Also, just bought, but haven't used yet, Gylcolix 20% peel pads.  I'm a little nervous, but want to step it up.  Will do over the weekend.

@nycgrl,

I was a little nervous, too, when I got the 20% pads. But since you already use glycolic products now I think you will be okay using the 20%. At least it was for me anyway.  You will definitely feel the tingle. If it gets too intense then just rinse right away. You might get a little redness but it will go away pretty quickly.

Have you tried the Glycolix Elite 2% salicylic pads? These are excellent! Keeps my pores clean.Woman Happy

@SilleeMee - Thanks for the tip - pores are one of my issues.  I haven't tried any of this line before.  This will be my first venture.  I had a professional 50% peel - loved the results of that.  Wish I could do it again, but I did have some peeling and redness (and 1 scab) that was quite unattractive for about 3 days until it healed.  That was about 5 years ago.  Will let you know how the 20% goes.
