I haven't posted here in a while, but I need some advice. I ordered some makeup online and the company did not print my shipping label correctly. As a result, I never received the package. I have been in communication with customer service as well as an executive from the company (he contacted me after I posted about my situation on social media). They are refusing to refund my money. First they claimed the address was correct, next they insisted that I am the one who entered my address incorrectly, then they claimed it is at the post office. I do not want to pay for items I never received. Should I contact an attorney and have them write a demand letter? I am so upset about this.

If you paid with a credit card, call your credit card company and dispute it asap.

Agree with @deb5555 . File a dispute with your credit card company and they will more than likely credit your account since you never received the product.

i dont think it would be beneficial to use an attorney unless it was A LOT of makeup.
i do agree though with @deb5555 . contact your credit card company and tell them you want to file a dispute and that you never received your merchandise. they will remove the charge right away, have you fill out paperwork, and then follow up with the company. they will then decide who is the responsible party.

Attorney? That would cost way too much.

Did they send it to a different address than you put on the order? Did you try tracking it to see where it is now?

Thank you so much Blackhorse!!! I can't believe I didn't think of that myself. I just disputed the charge with my credit card.

@Tink814 It depends on the dollar amount involved. If they don't refund you are they at least giving you a credit?

Goodness, what company is this so we can avoid?
