Refund question

QVC emailed that received my return item Aug 16. Still haven't received refund.
Frustrating, bc ordered pop sonic smoothie arrived with hair in new device.
How long before normally get refund?

@Umaros. Call CS to speed up your refund. They're very slow.

@Umarose - it could take a couple of weeks. If you used their label, the CS can see if it's arrived. As long as it's been received, he/she can process your refund. Make sure you remind them of the condition and you could likely get your original shipping refunded too.

give it two weeks from when you get notice. I think when they send you the notice, they have just received it for a refund. Doesn't mean it is READY to refund. lol. It is MY OPINION IT IS IN LINE WITH THOUSANDS OF OTHERS WAITING FOR REFUNDS. AND EACH ONE HAS TO ne ENTERED...(and I don't know why the caps are on, I am not yelling..and I'm too lazy to redo) in their database. It never used to take that long. Even in the OLDEN days, when it took a long time to receive and get back to QVC it didn't take quite as long as it does now. I think less employees myself. Less at the docks, less to scan item, less to do data work etc

How quickly you see a refund is dependent on the financial institution of card you used.

Once QVC acknowledges my refund by credit card company has it refunded to my credit card account in three days. Other credit card companies can take up to two weeks.

@Etoile308 I don't know about that as a rule. At least where my refund is concerned. It takes longer for QCard refunds it seems. I get my one major credit card refund between 4-7 days from notice. Mind you I don't shoo a lot with QVC. But around feb-march I ordered several rings for gifts that had to be refunded or exchanged. lol, the exchanges were quicker than refunds...no kidding.
