So I've been using my RLT mask 9-10 months.  I have seen a difference but it's been a long time.  How does one know when they've seen the full benefits?  And at that time, are you to keep a maintenance schedule?  How often?

Aging skin happens everyday. Faster for some and slower for others. RLT masks are designed to promote collagen and elastin which is lost everyday. Using a RLT mask may help combat the losses so it's good to use regularly like brushing your teeth...maintenance. 

I use mine for 10 minutes everyday.

Yes, I agree. I also try to use mine everyday for 10 minutes.

My mask helps with reducing redness especially after using my laser devices and microneedling. I mostly use it as a preventative measure to help repair and calm my skin. Not sure if that's improvement but I like to be reassured that something good is going on by using my mask daily.  It's like brushing my teeth w/o flossing when I don't use my mask daily.

I use my red light mask (Omnilux) daily for 10 minutes.

Since around July.  The Omnilux site says to use 3x weekly but i usually use daily but skip some days if i don't have the time.
