I'm looking for an eye shadow base that has a creme colored tint to it so it brighters up the eye area and serves as a primer of sorts as well. I'm looking forward to your suggestions.

I'm currently using one in crayon form by Sigma in a shade called "Ignite". It works well for me.

Thanks for the recommendation, @SilleeMee   I'm just about out of my eyeshadow primer and was going to order some anyway.  I swear, you could sell me a bridge to nowhere!  LOL

I use Bobbi Brown shadow in Shore.  Doesn't crease and stays all day.

@Glorimar  MAC, very good, easy application, a natural skin toned shade...dont even know it's there.  It's an eyeshadow primer, in a little pot...you lightly dab on with a brush.   Covers any discoloration on lids as well help keep shadow on.    You can just wear it by itself.

I use and really like Butter London's Sheer Wisdom Serum Shadow. This can be used alone or as an eyeshadow a primer. All of the shades are soft colors. Great for using for a quick out the door look. Both the Buttercream (soft cream in person, not yellow) and Petal Pink may give the brightness you want.

Read the reviews. I'd also suggest looking at the swatches on different skin tones on butterlondon dot com.

I have all the colors, including Driftwood, which currently is not offered on the Q...if you have any questions.

 @Swedishmiss, who posts here in the forum is a very big fan too.
