Recent thread on QVC regarding trading in gold...

Last week I read someowhere on QVS's homepage that there was an outside company who was taking unwanted gold/silver and that QVC would give one $25 QVC gift card to each family participating in this. I know it said that this other compnay had nothing to do with QVC and at the time I didn't pay much attention to it because I'm not interested in selling my gold. However, today I found a ring my high school boyfriend gave me and thought why not give it a try!!! I know it isn't worth much at all, but even for the $25 gift card I think it's worth it!!! But it's no longer on QVC. Does anyone out there have this info????
