Hi everyone. I'm sorry if this topic has been discussed or if I come off as being paranoid, but I have question regarding a product I recently received. Laura Geller's vanilla highlighter and brush just came off waitlist and I received it yesterday. Now, this has never happened to me before but I am wondering if I possibly received a previously returned item. The highlighter and brush was intact in the box. The box was in an envelope that was clearly opened and had been resealed with clear packing tape. The envelope had a sticker on it that read "quality inspected". Does this mean that my product was randomly inspected which is why the envelope was opened and then re-sealed? Or is it a return that was inspected and deemed to be okay for resale?
