Thanks, OP. I've had the Roc product in my hands many a time. It's just never made it to the cash register. I keep mixing moisturizer with the seemingly lifetime supply of Retin A I got throUgh insurance for DD.

I've never heard of the Aqua glycolic. Have you seen it anywhere?

I was able to buy it at CVS. I had to order it at the pharmacy and it took a couple of days before I could pick it up.

Clever girl! Do you like it?

I did like it. I only bought it once and I'm not sure why I didn't repurchase it. It was a couple of years ago. I guess it didn't wow me that much. I mainly use Paula's Choice skincare, so maybe that's why I didn't buy it again. I think I started using Paula's around the same time and just stuck with that line. I do know that I didn't have any adverse reaction or anything to it, but I don't have sensitive skin.

D'OH! The product I use is actually PETER THOMAS ROTH - Retinol Fusion. (But the squalene convo was quite interesting, LOL.) So, I'm trying to figure out how you work in a gycolic acid product when you use a retinol oil nightly. Hopefully that's less confusing!

(also will go back and edit my confusing original post)

I assumed you meant the Retinol Fusion serum in your post, although I joined in the squalene discussion because I had seen the info about the derivation.

For myself, I use glycolic products in the morning, and the Retinol Fusion serum in the evening, and/or I'll skip a night of the Retinol Fusion if I'm going to use a glycolic at night. I have thick, tough, oily, acne-prone skin though. Others might find their face falling off if they do what I do.

ok so back to Roc. i use it on my husband who is a golfer and his skin has completely changed. the texture is smoother, glowing and no longer rough. the winkles are still there because he sleeps on his face, but his skin is great. costco 2pkg for around $29 sometimes with a gift.

This statement is what I have read. OK.. I just read my bottle of the product, and he is very specific about this.

"Derived from farmed naturally-sourced sustainable sugarcane (not from sharks or olives.)

That is written right on the bottle of his Oiless Oil 100% Purified Sqaulane. HTH
