Really Shine Free Skin?

Beauties, Is there any products that you can recommend to keep skin from looking like an oil slick by the afternoon? I've tried all sorts of products and have never found anything that works. Right now I'm using Smashbox Photo Finish primer under my BE foundation, but by mid afternoon my make up is gone. I'd appreciate your suggestions.
