Ready To Wear Liquid Lift Foundation with brush Or Other Suggestions.

I am looking for a reasonable priced liquid foundation. I have dry skin. I have a light medium complexion. I prefer liquid foundation, works the best for my skin.

I have been using the newer L'Oreal visible lift in both the serum absolute as well as the smooth with the brush on top. I do really like both but am looking for something a little lighter for the warmer weather. I can't see spending a lot on foundation. I have good skin, don't need to cover anything but would love to find something lighter for summer.

I was looking at this on the HSN website. Has anyone used this, rants/raves please. Maybe you have other suggestions? thanks

I was considering the Garnier BB cream but from their 2 colors I think light may be too light medium and the medium dark would be too dark plus, I don't know if this would be lighter on the face?
