I think the description is referring to debris left behind after cleansing, because the instructions state to use on "clean dry skin" (see below)

HOW TO USE:
Use twice daily on clean dry skin, in the morning and evening. Wipe one pad over your entire face. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children under 3 years old. Do not use on peeling or irritated skin. Use sunscreen during daytime.

Rodial neck cream is supposed to be a great product too. Bought it , have not tried it yet.

Well, 307-697 was not showing up on the original Rodial lineup when I looked at their offerings. But when I entered that Item# you are correct, they're definitely different than what I had seen.

Cool - I will be ordering these the next time they offer everything on their version of Easy Pay which, if I remember correctly, if pretty often.
