I am shocked she hasn't talked about the shades. How are we supposed to know???

Why don't they do a mascara demo on someone that has short/normal lashes instead of a model who has "lashes out to there?"

@tansy - True. And I did look at this since I wanted to try this. But Shawn was remiss in not coaxing the vendor to go through the entire shade chart at least once. They didn't talk about the first lightest colors, which is where I fall, at all- either for the concealer or the foundation.

 I enjoyed Rose-Marie's tips too. But they should not have left out advice on shade selection! 

I guessed. I have never sent makeup back, but if this doesn't work I will!
