@Franklinbell - It's a light shade. At first you'll think you didn't get any color on your brush but it builds nicely to a neutral hint of color. I like it, even though I usually go for shades that have a bit more color to them.

For a powder blush I LOVE Blushabelle (?) by Kim Gravel. For cream I use Doll 10. I loved Josie Maran's color sticks for many years but they seem to be too dry now and tug my 67 yo skin.

I caved and bought 3 more blushes - crystal slipper, maiden's blush, and mai tai. Ugh, it's crazy I know but just love her blushes. Also purchased the new lipstick in Mickey so @weezer111 will definitely report on that when it arrives. Ordering from her website seems to take a bit longer on the shipping than ordering from the Q but I used a coupon code from a YTber and the savings is worth the wait.

So I see you received your RMS blushes and ordered more shades which appears you are pleased with as well.

I am quite fond of the Maiden's Blush. For me, this more neutral, tawny slightly pinkish shade is such an easy grab for me. I do apply it lightly and love how it looks on and compliments most every makeup look. I am quitr curious about the Crystal Slipper shade as well. I've had some very good results with very light blush shades in other brands in the past. Different colors though.

I think o have most all of the RMS blushes except Hanky Panky and Bermuda Rose. Love!

Oh, received and adore the newer Luminizer as well. A very light sweep gives me a beautiful all over healthy glow. A big thumbs up for this! 😊

@rochelleS - Hi! Don't worry about the late response. Hope everything is ok now. I received the Crystal Slipper, Maiden's Blush, and Mai Tai. Do I dare say it one more time - they are all great. Like you mentioned, Maiden's Blush is a neutral blush and I like that a lot. I would say that Crystal Slipper is a more subtle version of Maiden's Blush with leaning more to the neutral side. Maiden's Blush has a touch of pink in it. I like both. Mai Tai is definitely brighter and a coral pink on me. The only blush left on my wish list is French Rose but since I have her Bernuda Rose and Laura Geller's Pink Buttercream not sure I need another pink.

This past weekend I decided to try her concealer. I have tried soooo many concealers from drugstore to high end and in between and thought, "ok, one more." My expectations are pretty low for any concealer so will see if RMS comes through. In with this order, I got 2 samples - her primer and one of her lip glosses in a tube.

Hope she has an hour show on the Q soon.

I too noticed the pink in the Mai Tai blush. I believe some have referred to this as being a duochrome effect. Subtle but definitely there for me. Hanky Panky apparently has the same characteristic. I didn't purchase Hanky Panky as I have an older Dior blush that seems similar in color without the color changing effect, plus it's more of a matte, but seems pretty darn close. Perhaps layering the Luminizer might alter the matte finish somewhat. It's always interesting to play in my stash.

I have the RMS concealer too. I'm away from home now so I'm unable to speak to it's specific attributes and my personal experience. But I definitely didn't return it.

I just received the Laura Mercier Concealer/Brightener that was recently featured pn air. I love it! So far it's been a winner. Easily applied, creamy texture and no apparent settling as of yet. I really like the spf30 Tinted Moisturizer alot too. This feels so lightweight on, like there's nothing on your skin, with a nice med coverage. Very pleased with this purchase as well.

I also am quite fond of Butter London's Concealer/Brightener as well as Yensa's concealer. These have a second skin like feel for me with none of the issues of caking etc. Good long lasting buildable coverage if needed. Something to consider if you haven't tried any of these three. Yensa does have a sample size and I've received gwp sample of LM from Nordies but a different formula than mentioned above.

What issues have you experienced with the concealer products that have been disappointing for you?

@rochelleS - Oh let me count the ways that concealeer has disappointed me - coverage of dark blueness in the hollows area, settling in every wrinkle going every which way is empahsized beyond belief, dryness, cakiness, makes me look so much older, doesn't last, doesn't cover and just, generally, looks awful. And adding powder just makes everything look 10x worse. Have tried using a color corrector and that's not much help. Make sure that my eye area is prepped well - have tried various methods of this and all no help. For now, I just add a little bit of foundation under the eyes when applying it and call it a day. Just wish I could find something that helped with the blueness and didn't settle in every wrinkle. Don't think it exists. Will try RMS concealer and see.
