@Solar Is My Name   It has a bit of a pink/fushia undertone, so it's difficult to tell if it's a blue red. Maybe you can swatch it in person.

@monicakm   I'm blotting it down and putting a pink shade on top to tone it down until I get used to it. I love Cherries in the Snow.

That's a gorgeous red, @Shanus.  I appreciate the recommendation.  I've been looking for a great read that isn't too shocking.

@monicakm Cherries in the Snow is an iconic shade for Revlon, it's been around forever.  It's pretty, but reads more dark pink than red to me.

@JeanLouiseFinch   Cherries in the Snow is how I eased into red before Covid and then gave up the idea when masks were necessary. Still mandated here, but blotted down, powdered and applied again, it seems to stay when masks comes off in restaurants or visiting at friends' homes.

I'm 72 and timid about lipsticks. I have had the Black Lipstick, Givenchy and love it. It's soft and sheer and perfect tone.

I have never felt like I could pull off a red.  My daught loves Ruby Woo by MAC.
