RECOMMENDATATION FOR SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER

First of all, I wear a wig.

However, I obviously have to keep my real hair clean and in good condition.

I bought the T'weaked combo shampoo/conditioner and will not reorder.  The shampoo did nothing special with the texture/shine of my hair and the conditioner was very thick and difficult to extract from the tube.

My hair is thick and wirey, no color, just dark and light shades of an absence of color.  I can't manage it so that's why I wear a wig.

Any recommendation for a good, clean shampoo/conditioner (no unhealthy chemicals) that I can use daily would be greatly appreciated.

Too many choices on the various websites I've perused.  I end up being frustrated and confused.

I have fine, color treated hair.  So not like yours but I like Pacifica shampoo and conditioner.  All their products.  They are clean and not tested on animals.  That's what I like, too.  I use the salty waves products but they have different versions for all hair types.

@pdlinda   If you hair is thick you need a conditioning type shampoo to tame, condition and hydrate.   I use Phyto joba moisturizing shampoo that I purchased at Nordstrom.  There are other type shampoos depending on what your needs are.  Go to Nordstrom website and search Phyto shampoo.

I love Carol's Daughter. They have it on HSN and at Target. Also, go to their web site.

Re: RECOMMENDATATION FOR SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER

I've been using these Giovanni products for a very long time. There's not a bad thing I can say about them. They smell like peppermint and it tingles your scalp. These are top rated anywhere it's sold. People love it and so do I. In fact I buy them in the gallon size.  If you get a chance please read the thousands of top-rated reviews.

Look around for 2-oz. travel sizes of these products. That would be a good way to try them out. This set of 8.5-oz usually sells for about $15.

@SilleeMee  OK, great because they have that at my local Sprouts market (I've seen it many times but never used it) and I plan on going there tomorrow!  Thanks so much!
