I thought that the BWB bags from

the Q and HSN have the same items

in them.Please do post back when you

get your bag from the Q and let us

know if the items are the same or not.

I ordered a BWB item from the Q

(I do this every year) and that,as well

as my BWB bag,are to arrive separately

but on the same day..next Thursday.

Am also planning on ordering an

item from HSN but not sure which

one yet.

the BWB bags are not the same.

i have received both the qvc version and the hsn version.

both are great freebies though.

my qvc bag came separately.

my hsn bag came with the beauty item i purchased.

the WEN cleansers do not come with pumps. does anyone know if chaz sells the pumps to go on the regular size bottles?

@beastielove- Do you mind, if I ask how you know that your QVC BWB bag is being shipped and should arrive next Thursday?

I ordered a BWB item back at the first of the month.  Got that, but no BWB bag and no mention of it on my order or since.  I contacted the Social Team and was told it's being looked into, as they're aware some customers didn't get one.  But still nothing is showing up on my account (or on my doorstep).

It seems some people are having it show up on their accounts and others are getting no notice of any kind.

Just my opinion, but I trust HSN to ship the bags more than i do the Q. Someone posted a review of one of the BWB items and said her bag never arrived from the Q, and when she called CS, the rep was not very responsive.
