@ccassaday, Are you using the QVC app or are you using the Safari browser to access the site? It would help to have more details.
In either case, try logging out of the QVC site, close all apps running in background (double tap the home button and "swipe" all the apps to close them), clear cookies/data/history (in Settings, Safari, "Clear History and Website Data). Be sure you have the most recent software (latest app, and current iOS).
