Question on a return

Hoping someone can help! I returned a hair product on Monday through USPS. I used the Q return lable that comes printed on your receipt. However, when I go to check on the return status the numbers they have say status unavailable and if I type it into USPS it says unavailable? What in the world am I doing wrong? I know they got it as it was a pick up and I watched her grab it from my door and take it....TYIA Smiley Happy
