Question on Shea Terra backorders

In my first order, placed in February-shipped in March, one product wasn't sent. There was a hand written note saying that it was due to the inability to get the key indgredient due to the unrest in Egypt (which I certainly understand). Of course I was very glad the other items were shipped since I had read that usually orders were held til all items could be sent.

My question is...if you have had this happen in the past, have you had to place follow-up calls to inquire about the status of the back-order? {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

by the way...I am loving the STO products I did get {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
