I'm sorry it didn't work for you.  They must have sent out different emails.  I think I got the one about it shipping for free yesterday too.  I got the one saying the sample was on its way today.

I'm sorry you didn't get the email.  I've never received a free item that wasn't a free gift with purchase.  Maybe this is something new their marketing department is trying out.  If so, you may get something free in the future:-)

Thank you. But as I said, I can't use the product. I'm sure I'm in the minority, though.

I got the email today. It said "Meet your new gift" and had a link to a video. At first  was confusfed because I ordered a trial size with my last order of Vitamin C serum. But I will gladly take aother one.

Unfortunately I got the same email that suzyq3 got just letting me know that the product was shipping for free.  No free sample for me.

Nope, but the free mascara email was only with a $50 order. I haven't bought from this line in a while.
