Question for Beauty Insiders

Hello ladies,

I signed up to be an "insider" about a month ago. I received an email saying my magazine had shipped and when I did'nt receive it I contacted CS and asked them why. They stated that I would not receive my magazine until October and could'nt explain why I received an email stating that it shipped. I am having trouble viewing it online but I wanted to pre-order some TSV items. Any suggestions as to how I can do that? Is there a list of the TSV items featured in the September issue?
