I know it is a larger tube than scrub , but it sure doesn't look like there is 4 oz in it , i can push it pretty flat without anything coming out. Anyone else have a problem ,the scrub feels full, i know it is sold by the ounce , but it feels half empty.

Anybody else notice their cleanser from TSV , not seem close to full 4 0z.

Yes, I wondered if there were actually 4 ounces in the tube as mine is flat as well.  You are not alone.

This inspired me to go check mine from the TSV as I just put it away without checking as I still have quite a bit left in another tube.  The new tube I have is full, not flat at all.

I would check with customer service if I were you.

I am not sure why they put it in such a large tube , it is almost same oz as scrub , but much larger tube . if is 4 oz , it would really surprise me, but i am not going to pour it out to see , so i will either live with it or send back.

Though I haven't used the Lancer cleanser you talk about, this is why I chose not to order the JM TSV of her tubes of BB.  I've been disappointed in the past in how all the jars I've ordered---many of them---are nowhere near full and worried the tubes may be the same. Oh and her bottle of body milk that I recently ordered was the same way.  Only about 2/3 full.

I caved and ordered the TSV.  I used it for over a week and felt that my Clinique cleanser was working out better for me.  I know I didn't give The Method enough time, but, honestly, I think flip-caps would be better instead of the screw-off tops.  At night, I didn't mind the cream, but I don't use it during the day as I don't like what it feels like under makeup.  It's on its way back.  If  you use it and like it, that's great.
