Question about order being returned to QVC.

I returned a package on March 27th and paid for my own label. QVC says that they have not credit me for the item yet claiming they have not received it yet. Does it take this long for them to received this package and credit me? I also did insure it. I called QVC and they say it could take up to 2 weeks but that seems too long
