Question about oils, serums and moisturizers

Do any of you use all three? For example, at night, do you apply your serum, then your oil and then an additional moisturizer? I love both Josie's argan oil and Tarte's Maracuja oil, but I wonder if I really need a serum and a moisturizer too. Could I just use the oil and skip the serum and moisturizer? If you use both an oil and a moisturizer, how long do you wait after you apply the oil to apply your moisturizer? Thanks.
