I understand how to use the CCs but I don't know how to incorporate the styling cream and the replenishing mist into the regimen. Also is the 613 Daily Cleansing treatment the same thing as a CC? Is it used the same way?
Thanks!

The 613 is a protein and treatment packed soy-based CC, yes
It has a higher-output pump, so you won't need as many pumps as out of a regular WEN CC bottle. Some people use it for an entire single or double cleanse, some people mix it in with their regular CC regimen. You will want to experiment with it to see how it works best for you. I looooove the scent of it too, there is nothing else like it. Well, except the 613 RTM, SC, Oil, Eau de Perfume, and Body Treatment

Use the sc (styling cream) on soaking wet hair just before getting out of the shower. It'll help smooth those frizzies and it acts as a heat protectant. I have just past shoulder length med/thick hair and I use 1 pump of the sc mixed with 1/2 pump of the cc and run it through the pony tail section of my hair using the left over for the rest of my head (do not palm it onto the top of your head though). As for the rtm (replenishing treatment mist) I use this when ever I need a refresher. Typically on 2nd day hair I'll spritz my hair with the rtm and run the blow dryer with a round brush for a few minutes. I also use it sometimes to set my make up or just as a skin refresher when I've been out and about. As for the 613 - some people use it every day, others don't or just can't. I myself can't as it's drying to my hair so about once or twice a week I'll mix 1 pump 613 with every 3 pumps of whatever other cc I'm using. I don't use it as a leave in either mostly because I don't like the scent, but to be honest I don't know of anyone else here that doesn't like the scent of 613 so I may be alone in this one
The best thing for you is to try it out and see how it performs for you. Everyone's hair is different.

So I do not need to use a separate heat protectant then?
One more question if I may...how often is a cleanse supposed to last on average? I realize everyone is different. I currently (using regular shampoo and conditioner go about 3 days between washes) will the WEN be the same or different in that respect?
Thanks.

when I was using poo I had to wash everyday - with WEN I can go 2 or 3 days in between cleanses. It really just depends on your hair type and your daily activities though.

I agree with this. Prior to Wen I cleansed my hair everyday. Using Wen it is either 2 or 3 days between cleanses for me also. If you currently can go 3 days between washes with Wen you should be able to cleanse even less.
