Question about Skinn Sonic Infusion

I got this last time Dimitri was on. The directions said to charge for 24 hours...but after just 10 minutes it had a full charge. Also it is really loud when I turn it on. I'm wondering if I got one that someone sent back. If you have this infuser, is your's loud? I don't hear the one Dimitri uses and he is right in the model's face. Thanks
