Question about LGs Feb 2011 TSV

I see that this is already listed and available for purchase at $49 and some change. Is this the price that it will sell for on its TSV date in February? Or will it sell for less on TSV day (or have free shipping or some other advantage)?

It is $10 more than last February's TSV which I ordered all three ADs of (Chocolates) and I'm not sure why if not for the brush. THe Chocolates came with a B&B, Blush, Eyeshadow also, and contained a liner and a gloss instead of mascara and lipstick. Other than the brush, it seems to be valued out about the same as the last TSV, but that one sold for $39 and change.

I am actually looking forward to the on-air presentation of this one, since I cannot tell how the lip color will apply.
