I don't have a credit card from them, but I'm thinking about it.   I read the small print about the the interest rates, and also it states a minimum rate of $2.00.   Can someone explain what this $2 interest fee is for?   I always pay my credit card in full, and therefore never have an interest rate applied.   So is this $2.00 fee still added, even if I paid in full?

   I tried asking on Evine...but they didn't know what I was talking about, and said a bank owns the credit cards...oy

Never any interest if you pay in full. I love the free shipping deals and the $10 off deals.

I have that card and I don't know what the $2 charge is for either. I always pay my bill in full at the end of each billing cycle so I don't get charged the interest. 

I am going to go and look at the fine print and try to figure it out.

Okay...this is what I understand. If you don't pay in full the amount you owe and pay only the minimum and the interest on that minimum calculates to be less than $2 then you will be charged at least $2 interest.

It means even if you only owe .50¢ & the balance is not paid by the due date they would charge you $2 since their interest rate on the .50¢ balance would be far less then the minimum $2 fee you would be charged.

Pretty much every card I've ever used has had a minimum interest charge -   but only if you pay interest which means you either have not paid the bill on time or chose to pay something less than the full account bill.   There's no charge as long as you pay in full on time.

Evine uses Syncony (sp?) Bank, the same as QVC uses.  I found dealing with them to be a huge hassle.  I can't even get into my account because apparently my deceased mom has changed her maiden name on my security question.  I buried the card and won't use it again.

I got an Evine credit card, because they only offer free shipping every other February 29th - just kidding, but free ship for them is so rare, only by getting their card do you get any real breaks, plus their shipping is quite expensive.

Love my Evine card.  They offer free shipping quite often if you use your Evine card.  And today if you use the card, you get $10 off any order of $10 or more.  I've had my card for years and have never had a problem with it.
